Made a reservation for 12P and got a call from them at 12:05 to tell me that they had no cars available.
If i can give them a zero star i would worst enterprise they refuse to loan there vehicles for one way trips. They only rent to people that are bring back the rental to the same location. This defeats the whole purpose of enterprise horrible customer service especially for a small airport

They like to charge you extra money for extra insurance after you already have your own, I’ve rented from other places before they don’t require extra money just the base amount!!! An ontop of that they have tons of attitude an try n say you can’t pay the amount with credit cards! Which is a lie I use enterprise over 10 times always use my credit cards! Worse place to go employees need to be re trained n stop trying to charge people for more stuff if they don’t ask for it
