The customer service 800 number booked the vehicle that the location did not have. When I got to the location they were very apologetic and offered me an upgrade at no additional cost. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and will definitely recommend.
Alexis was amazing! She was able to assist with getting us picked up last minute. She also switched our reservation easily and even upgraded us when our reserved car was unavailable. She is wonderful, and we appreciate her effort.
They were great. My vehicle had been totaled. They assisted me in every way possible through the insurance paying off the totaled vehicle to the date of return. Won’t be going anywhere else but here.😊
