I had a great experience with Enterprise. The guys at the center were respectful and professional. The drop off process was simple and efficient. If I would have known the pickup process was similar I would have filed my claim earlier. Nice and clear car as well.
This was my second time using Enterprise on Hwy 5. The staff was professional and responsive! Even switching my cars due to an oil leak! Helping me be familiar with the car and setting up phone:navigation. Ensuring I was satisfied and promptly returning my refund!!! Thank you everyone!!!
Customer service and the store need to have better inventory levels transparency. I shouldn’t always arrive and have to race other reservation holders to the other location on the opposite side of town
