Customer service and the store need to have better inventory levels transparency. I shouldn’t always arrive and have to race other reservation holders to the other location on the opposite side of town

Will always recommend the Enterprise location on Highway 5 in Douglasville. Justice is so awesome. He is always respectful, professional and efficient. I feel like family at this point. The store is well maintained and clean as well as the cars. Thank you so much!
