Great customer service! They go above and beyond to make your transaction easy and smooth and to accommodate your needs. Fast check in and out. Rented a Jeep. Very happy with my rental.
The woman (Cassie?) who registered us for our car was SO aggressive at selling us insurance for the car, it become extremely uncomfortable. She insinuated that it was the law in AZ to get their insurance, then backed away from that comment when asked for more details. Our credit card and personal insurance is just fine for renting a car anywhere in the US.
