Absolutely exceptional service! I can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise location. The staff were super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. The level of care and attention they showed deserves ten stars if I could give it. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore—absolutely superb experience all around. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-tier service!
The employees here are some of the friendliest ones I have ever dealt with will recommend this location to anyone and I will personally go out of my way to this location every time
I was nervous going in without an appointment that they wouldn't have a rental available for me. My worries quickly vanished when I was informed that they in fact did have a vehicle that was in the process of getting cleaned. I ended up needing the rental for almost a month while my vehicle was in the shop. I was able to extend my rental use over the phone rather than having to physically go in. I was back on the road around 11am, and I arrived there at about 10:30am. Karina was very friendly and helpful.
