I reserved a luxury SUV, but when I arrived, I was given a small compact vehicle with significantly fewer features. This was completely different from what I booked. What is most disappointing is that no one contacted me in advance to let me know the reserved vehicle was unavailable. I only found out at pickup, leaving me with no time to make other arrangements or consider alternative options. This experience was very frustrating and did not meet the level of service I expected.
Jessie was FANTASTIC. It was my first rental car experience and she made the return process so smooth. Thankful for hard workers like her!

Absolutely terrible experience. They accepted our reservation despite not having any cars available. We were told they would secure a vehicle for us from another location, and Olana specifically instructed us to call back at 1:30 p.m. to confirm our options. We called repeatedly, but no one ever answered the phone. The end result? No car, no communication, and a ruined vacation.
