I've gone to Enterprise whenever I've needed to rent a car. They have great service and I've never had an issue with the reservation process, pick up or return.

Worst car rental experience in over a decade. The car smelled so bad that it actually made my garage smell after parking it there. The suspension and wheels vibrated noticeably at anything over 50 mph, making it feel unsafe to drive. I tried to exchange the vehicle, but was told there were no alternatives—take it or leave it. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for express tolls, and somehow Enterprise accessed my corporate card from my National account and charged my company by mistake. The customer service was stellar but I wish the vehicles backed that up. The first vehicle I received I really loved but it broke down. It was traded out for a different vehicle that is still dirty from the last customer and smells gross. I spend a lot of time in the car so this is unacceptable to me!! Update: I got used to the vehicle and put my own seat cover down so I didn’t have to sit directly on whatever that seat stain was. Customer service was amazing throughout and everything else went smoothly.
