We were served by Jack and Makayla who were very friendly, professional, courteous and accommodating. We had rented a very small car due to the high prices of car rentals in Phoenix that weekend (early March 2026) and were planning a trip to Sedona, so Makayla upgraded us at no extra charge because she thought we might be more comfortable in a larger vehicle for that trip. Spencer helped get me set up with a rental when my sunroof randomly broke and was so amazing. His customer service is a 10/10 (and another gentleman that was working the day I picked the car up). Spencer made the process so smooth and took the time to explain everything when picking up and dropping the car off. Will definitely use this location again if ever needed.
