I have been using the McDowell Rd Enterprise location for the past 6 years, and consistently have a great experience: customer service is always top-notch, the cars are always in great shape, and the whole process is always smooth. Highly recommend using this location for a rental car!
Phoenix/Mcdowell location is well-run. Manager Jeremy is friendly and efficient. Makes the customer feel valued. His Assistant Manager, Kamari, provides good service as well.
Great customer service, very friendly front desk! Had a great time renting a car from this location. It's worth lyfting from the airport to here if you have a little extra time.
