I rented a 7 passenger van to move my boxed personal items from Virginia to Az. Enterprise in both states were exceptional. Treated me professionally, with kindness and respect. They were transparent about everything and patient with all questions. I have rented from them on numerous occasions. Highly recommend.

Jack, Alex, and formerly Mikela are always great to work, are very accommodating, and are always willing to go the extra mile. They sure beat going through the airport. If you’re heading to Scottsdale from the airport it’s so much more convenient and cheaper using this location.

Jack held down the fort like a champ by himself the day I picked up a rental car. Despite being short-staffed, his warmth, smile, quick problem solving and "customer first" commitment made everything ok. Well done, Jack! The employee that gave me a ride to the airport, Shawn, was so respectful, pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to take great care of me as well. Their teamwork and commitment to care for people were impressive. Well done guys!
