This rental was better than I expected. The staff working there were very friendly and informative. Prices were so much cheaper than the airport. We took a Waymo from the airport to the enterprise location. I was surprised and thankful that they took us to the Sky Tram leaving. That was even more helpful. I highly recommend them and would use then again.
FANTASTIC service! Our car was not ready- they had a delayed delivery of cars on a busy holiday weekend but they were extremely accommodating, reimbursed us for Ubers to get places while we were waiting. Very very friendly too. I was impressed!
Jake was great to work with at this location. He was transparent and informative and made sure we were in a comparable rental during our insurance claim. Will come back for sure
Gave us a car that had a leak prior to even leaving the lot (caught it on video while scanning the car for damages and only realized it was caught on video later). We were put in an extremely dangerous situation with a HUGE engine oil leak on the highway. Also told us we were getting a "brand new car" meanwhile it had over 34,000 miles on it. And finally, we were assured that we would NOT be charged extra for returning the replacement car to the airport (because that's where we picked up the replacement) and now my card was ... read more
