Shoutout to Mir Ara! She is AMAZING! Definitely knows how to listen to you, had to change out the first rental because I was not comfortable with it. When you need to go to this location, look for her! So much urgency when dealing with her!
Called Douglasdale to secure a car after a serious accident I was told they had none. When I asked if they could check other locations I was told they can not do that and that I’d need to call other locations myself. I called Shawnessy they told me they didn’t have any cars but Douglasdale did. I asked if had access to other locations inventory and he stated yes. Seams like on a Saturday nobody was interested in helping. My suggestion is to call Avis. 2 mins on the phone we had a car secured.
When I rented my vehicle, the employee helping me, although very nice, did not do a thorough check of the vehicle. Now when I return the vehicle, I'm being accused of hail damage, all in places which coincidentally were not checked before? (Did the branch maybe realize they missed damages and are pinning it on me? I would recommend to stay away from this location they dont care about customer service or anything i have rented with enterprise in the past never had any issues .. my insurance send me to these guys to pick my my rental when i return they say there is hail damage...when i had the car parked in my garage the whole time... When they gave the car the lady didnt show me anything on the roof or told me that their is no damage on the roof we just walked around the car and she showed the car and i took some pictures and went on m... read more
