Such a dirty car rented in guise of rain. Front and back windshields both have such distracting dirt spots. It is distracting while driving. Car service is over due. These are only a few i found within few hours of taking the car. God knows what kind of quality control they have before handing out cars to customers. Focus is more on upselling insurance. These guys are real professionals! Fast pick up and return procedures, pleasure and friendly communication, support during renting period! Will use them all the time!
When I rented my vehicle, the employee helping me, although very nice, did not do a thorough check of the vehicle. Now when I return the vehicle, I'm being accused of hail damage, all in places which coincidentally were not checked before? (Did the branch maybe realize they missed damages and are pinning it on me? Amazing experience! I've rented a lot of cars before, but these guys stand out. Super professional, very customer service oriented, and did everything with a quick turnaround. Jatin, in particular, was great and helped make sure the rental process was seamless! 👍🏽 Side Note: While we were waiting, I saw how nice they were to some young people who needed assistance...which says a lot about them. Super impressed. 👍🏽
