We got a rental while our car was getting fixed. Yemi and Hassaan were helpful and accommodating. We were stressed about our other vehicle and their humour and kindness was so appreciated. It also helped they provided a clean and lovely car. Most absurd experience ever with this lady. She literally dealt like 0 knowledge and when i asked her to call someone else to assist as it is my right. She made faces and rude, even started giving tantrum to her colleagues just for coming to help me out as she could not. I have been dealing with enterprise from long but never had a such customer experience. I wish i could complaint beyond this for such behaviour.
