2nd time I’ve showed up to pick up my SUV rental and they don’t have any. NEVER again you liars. Why take reservations if you can’t fulfill them? People depend on the vehicle being there once they’ve reserved it. Last time you burn me was today.

I have used this location before for rental services, which all went smooth and easy. I will absolutely be using them again moving forward after today: Today, I got a flat tire outside of their establishment with my own vehicle. It's been a decade since I've had to change a tire, and Jonathan at Enterprise was so kind to help me. He did all of the leg work, but also helped explain what to do and even checked the pressure on my spare before putting it on. If I could give this a 0 rating I would. I am extremely disappointed with the level of rudeness, disrespect, and unprofessionalism I experienced at this location. From the moment we arrived to pick up our vehicle, the entire experience was poorly handled. Several days before our pickup, we specifically called to confirm what vehicle we would be receiving. I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. I reserved a Toyota Camry Hybrid for a three-day rental. The day before pickup, I specifically called the location to confirm whether the Camry Hybrid would be available, and I was told that it would be. However, when I arrived the next day, I was told that the Camry Hybrid was not available and was given a Kia K5 instead.
