☆☆☆☆ My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation in advance for an 8-passenger vehicle, but when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I was simply told that they did not have one available. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employee who assisted us. He showed very little interest in helping and seemed completely unconcerned about the inconvenience this caused.
