they made renting a. car easy and fast
This place is trash. My parents had never had an issue with renting a car with Enterprise until last week. The moment they walked it, they were looked up and down and when drive licenses were presented, apparently there were issues left and right. When I tried to rent the car for them. Same issue. Not sure why since we have always rented from this company. Not anymore. AVIS was able to take care of them . Enterprise lost a customer for sure.
Another location left me in a bind when they didn't have the car I reserved a month in advance, and offered no solutions. I called the Bells Ferry location and Jeff REALLY helped me out last minute. He went above and beyond to solve the issue of finding me the van that I needed. He really came thru for my family, and did so with a smile. Jeff is a customer service champion, and the exemplar of what other location branches should strive to be.
