Got the best car in class. Hassle free customer service. Checked in and out within 5 mins. Give those guys a raise!
Their staff is rude. They are not helpful at all. I think they are biased in their service too. For a corporate booking, they made us wait for almost an hour since we didn’t had our id with us. When it was raining cats and dogs, they made us go home and bring our rfid card which is of no use and accepted the corporate booking after showing our outlook, which we had offered to right from the moment we entered there. Bad service Don’t take any rent for from this location you will be stuck with lies
They don’t answer the phone. I called 3 times and have been on hold for at least 30 mins each time. As I’m on hold someone eventually picks up and ends the call immediately. This happened throughout August 10 from 11AM-3PM.
Called to inquire about vehicle availability and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The person I spoke with was rude and hung up on me before I could even finish my inquiry. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service
