Although this location is very busy, the staff were helpful and attentive.
Worst experience on this location. Misleading advertisement on Dodge Durango. I had booked 7 seater car two days back , and once I reached there on the day of pickup they told me they don’t have any Dodge Durango or even similar car which is 7 seater. Instead offered me Mazda CX 9 which is 6 seater car and had cheaper price but still charging me the same price, and told me to take it or leave it. And when I asked for better alternatives, they told they have mini van and when I went outside to see Mini Van they just canceled ... read more

Don't waste your time renting from this company. There are many better options. I had first reserved a pickup truck from the Queen St. Brampton location, and while I was on my way there, they called and told me they don't have any pickup trucks available, so had to turn around and go back home. I was then told there was one pickup truck available at the Carlingview Dr. Etobicoke location. Was on my way there and once again got a call saying they don't have any pickup trucks available. I reached at 14:45 on Sunday to pick my reserved rental. They close ta 14:00 but I didn't know. Luckily I saw two employees outside. I apologized for being late and requested if they can accommodate me as I have to go to US and I am already late. They declined my request and said as office is closed, they systems automatically shut down at 2. I understand that its my fault for being late but I saw no empathy and flexibility from their employees. I was with my daughter and all other rental companies always accommodate things ... read more
