I use Enterprise often. However avoid the Weston Rd and 401 location. Staff there have and will place false damage claims on returned vehicles.
If I could give this location a 0/5 I would. This isn't a complaint against this location as a whole only the manager Sushant. If he's working the front desk for your own sanity/dignity and self-respect please just walk away and take your business elsewhere. Sushant Sharma made my experience at Enterprise horrid. One of the other people working there should be the Manager.
