Excellent experience
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Enterprise Enfield location. My reserved van was given away without any prior notice—no call, no email, and no explanation. When I arrived at noon, I was told that all the vans had been recalled and that none were available anywhere nearby. This turned out to be untrue, as I eventually found a van at the West Springfield location. Because of this, I lost valuable time and money. I booked a Mustang GT and when I got to the counter, I was told no such car existed. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve selected something else or booked with someone else. The gentleman at the counter was a sweetheart and tried to make things better hence the two star review. I was given a lesser car at a discount, which was nice. However, the car was dirty and whoever detailed it on the inside did a lacklustre job. I had to walk past shiny examples of this car to get to the one I was given.
