I had a rental on schedule to pick up in Miami Oklahoma and they call me the morning of tell me they had no cars so I was told to call the 800 number but instead I called the other store to see if they had anything available and Emily on Main Street I was the only one that seemed to wanna help me. Emily at the stones corner Enterprise was great . I think that she’s super busy in that store by herself and does the best she can with what she is dealt with. I had a rental from an accident that was someone else’s fault and suppose to be covered by their insurance . Well that abruptly stopped with no warning and I have a 900 dollar charge on my credit card that put me over my limit. So no car and maxed out credit card which I don’t need right now!
