One of the assistant should get a training from the branch manager. I called and wanted him not to charged my rental car the dw bc my insurance will pay it. He constantly refused to do that and said insurance will always reject to pay. Also he refused to help take me back to nearby aviva auto body shop after returning rental car. I had to come to the branch and met another assistant and he helped me a lot and accepted all of my inquiries
Unbelievable experience, just too good to be true in this day and age where client service takes a back seat to revenue/profit. I booked a vehicle for 2 days online, as my car was in the shop for repairs. Picked this location as it was close to work. Online booking was seamless and got the car I requested. What amazed me was the follow up email and call to see if everything was okay and if they could assist. Shout out to Nitish for his help.
