Anthony thank you for your exceptional service, you are always kind, helpful and professional. It is a pleasure to speak with you when I am lucky to get you on the phone. Highly praise and recommend Anthony & the Bolton location. Cheers!
The people who I dealt with at Bolton enterprise were both fantastic.
Very Unfair charges. Agreement says return before midnight on Saturday midnight. Rental office closed at noon. Called multiple times to confirm the drop off. Call never answered within working hours. I returned the car around 6 pm but kept the key with me as there was no key Dropbox to keep the vehicle safe. When I went to provide them with the keys. They charged me for 2 extra days. Never told me to return within working hours. Bunch of frauds at the office. Avoid this location at all costs.
We had a wonderful experience renting a car for our weekend girls’ trip! Anthony Vena was incredibly helpful, friendly, and personable throughout the entire process. The vehicle was super clean and perfect. I was running late from work when it was time to return the rental, and Anthony kindly waited for me to arrive. That was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. As long as Anthony is there, I will definitely continue renting vehicles from this company for all of my car rental needs. Highly recommended!
