Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise Bolton. I reserved a van in advance, only to get a call saying it wasn’t available. I’ve rented from this location many times and expected much better, especially from a branch with such a large fleet. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t guaranteed? There was no real effort to find a solution or accommodate a loyal customer. If you need a rental you can actually count on, I’d recommend looking at other companies like Hertz instead.
