Not accommodating and made us wait patiently for 1hr and said they’ll charge us more than what I paid for online. Took advantage of the fact we were handcuffed in that situation and tried to upsell us to “get the only car available” saying it was a favour to us. They may respond to this and try to defend themselves but they know what they did. Lady was very condescending. Hopefully they fix their ways and get back to their reputation. For now, it’s a 1-star from me.
Horrible customer service, one of the employees in the end was trying to push us out of the store. We booked a rental and they told us they could not provide us with that rental even though it was available on the website. We asked if they could give us something else and they said they could but were charging us more than what our original cost was. They had no cars available and instead of giving us the car they had for the price we paid for they overcharged us. They were not willing to work with us and towards the end one... read more
