I normally love Enterprise and got the normal great service from a very nice neighborhood location. But when I went to decline the insurance as I always do (since I'm already covered both by my own car insurance and by Visa) the agent informed me that in the event of any damage I would be assessed not just the repair bill but also Enterprise's "loss of revenue", which my insurance would not cover. I will never rent from Enterprise Again.. I made a reservation for the weekend since I needed to have my car worked on at the Toyota Dealership right behind them.. I was in a hurry and needed to get a car for an appointment. I was asked over the phone whether I had a credit or debit card. I have a card that acts as both so I suppose its viewed as a debit card. I have had the most pleasant experience with Enterprise Renr-A-Car on Route 40 in Catonsville. They are a team of excellent young men who are dedicated to full customer satisfaction.
