Almost got stranded I'm St. Louis due to no cars available even with my reservation a month out.
If you care about actually receiving the type of vehicle you've booked and at the time you've reserved it, then DO NOT rent your vehicle from this Enterprise branch! The customer service here is negligent and the service providers amateurish.

Not renting from Enterprise ever again after this absolutely awful experience!
Last week I arrived via train and walked 30 min to this office for a 4pm car rental pick up. I was met with a sign that said "We are temporarily away assisting another customer." What the sign SHOULD have said is that they were CLOSED. No courtesy call to let me know to go to the other office. After waiting a few minutes, I called the number on the sign.
