Easy pick up. Easy last minute reservation extension. Everything was clean and a wonderful experience
Be careful, if you book via 3rd party like Price or Expedia, they sometimes will not let you know when there is no car available, you will only find out when you at the counter. Also if you find a cheap deal online, you order might get canceled for higher pay over counter customers. Do not rely you travel plan over this car rental place. I like enterprise in general, but not this one.
Both Bellingham Entrprise locations have amazing customer service. They make it easy. Highly recommend them.
Do not use enterprise. The agent charged us $97 extra for pick up 1 hour earlier. He gave us the wrong spot the car park. We spent time walking looking and went back to the agent. Waited for him to come out and sure enough it was in the incorrect spot. We drove off for 4 hours later and the car has a flat tire! It was a slow leak from a small nail. We found a nice tire store and paid to fixed it. This is how we spent our vacation on Enterprise rent a car.
Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. It's like a Seinfeld episode, reservations mean nothing. At least Jerry got downgraded to a compact. I got downgraded to no car at all, an hour before I was told I could pick it up.
