Had a reservation for 8am and no cars in the class I reserved were available. When I said I would cancel the reservation, suddenly one became available. I then waited more than an hour past the time of my reservation for the car to be detailed. I’ve used Enterprise many times and never had such a weird experience.
The ease of reserving, picking up, and dropping off is amazing. The website can be a little confusing about the sizes of suv's and the office itself was understaffed but I have been dealing with Enterprise a long time and overall the service is outstanding!

I was given this number to reach corporate for a business opportunity. After getting the run around from the artifical intelligence (AI) and getting a real person, I was met with someone that could not get pass the questions that have no context to the discussion/ opportunity I am trying to have.
