How is it fair that Enterprise made me wait an hour for a car when I arrived for my scheduled pickup time, yet if I had returned it an hour late I would've been charged another's day rental?
The vehicle that was given to me had the check engine light on. I reported it to the agent and he stated that's how they keep check of the oil. Now I not a mechanic but I know you can't check the oil on a vehicle while someone is driving it. The vehicle was a jeep grand wagoneer
I had a accident in my brand new 2025 Chevy Trex not my fault, but Enterprise help soften the blow and anxiety made it easy for me to get a rental car I cannot work with gadgets so they set up my Bluetooth now I no what your saying these days how could I not know what to do spare me my kids make fun of me mom you need to come to the 21st century and when I asked these things in public that I'm embarrassing them so I say no shame in my game that's why I have ENTERPRISE thank you I rest my case
