I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise location and feel it’s important to document what happened because I don’t trust these people. I was misquoted on pricing by the Enterprise call center, which created confusion about my balance. The branch acknowledged that the call center had misquoted me and did not apply the late fees that normally would have been charged.
