Accommodating. Sadly the two cars I wanted both had a terrible odor. I chose the cigarette smelling one. They did a 10 minute ozone treatment but you could still smell it.

Unprepared - attitude - lack of willingness to help. This is how I would describe the staff at this one. I’d look elsewhere.
