Not recommended to rent here ever. Charged me over 700 for a bogus crack on the windshield that we didn't even do!! No one would even talk to me or help me after the fact!
Don't waste your time with this company i called to reserve a car on Aug 2 2025 the lady on the phone confirmed that I was good to go with a vehicle a genius at the yellow head location calledme last minute and told me we do t have a car

After several unsuccessful phone conversations with various agents, we decided to find people to talk to, face to face, at the Yellowhead Trail location. Charles, the assistant manager and Aaliya, a management trainee, resolved a corporate conundrum involving our Enterprise vehicle rented from the airport and us leaving Edmonton from the VIA station. They were fantastic!
