My first experience with this company was bad. I rented a van for two days but before taking the van with me; I started to record in&outside of the van( just incase something happens). Upon returning; we left the van at the premises & put the key in the drop-box on Sunday evening as required by the staff there. Was a bit of a shitshow at first just because of their debit policy but Kunal exceeded all expectations and made our visit 100x better then originally would have been. Stellar customer service! Give Buddy a raise!

I would give a ZERO if it was an option! Avoid this rental company. This is my second time renting from them and both times, they claim I damaged the vehicle. First experience was winter of 2018, inspected the vehicle all around with the sales rep. Upon return of the vehicle, the rep was wearing a suit and actually got on his hands and knees and proceeded to look under the rear bumper and point out damage! I've never had a rep get on the ground and physically look under the bumper. Who does that during the winter in Edmonton... read more
