Rented a car to go to Charlotte for a job interview during the riots and the gas shortage. The agent helped me with all of the necessary extras to prevent me from potentially paying for any damages to the car and for gas issues. Thanks!

Fast, Excellent Service!! The first time I rented a car, I originally had a reservation with Dollar. Not only did they deny my rental because of my credit score but they kept my 85.00 that I paid in advance! I stepped next door to Enterprise and they immediately had a vehicle for me pick up was fast and convenient and so was dropping off! Needless to say I rented from them a second time and received the same excellent service! A customer forever!

I've been renting at PTI with Enterprise and others for a couple of months now due to vehicle issues and all have been terrific. My most recent expereience was exceptional!! The Area Manager Mr. Wallace really took care of my family and I for our vacation to Florida. I want to give a big "thank you" to him for getting us the vehicle we needed at such a great price :) Will definetly use Enterprise for our next trip!
