I rent through Enterprise almost every time when I need a car. My trip to Cape Girardeau was no exception. I wasn't sure of my arrival date so I did not have prior reservations and called the morning of the day I needed a car. I was shocked to find out the rate for a compact car. I arrived to pick up the car about 4:30 pm and had to wait until 6:15 because they were so busy. My bad for not planning ahead better. i am renting car from November on weekly and monthly basis at that time I never face any problem. But last one and half month I am facing so many issues with the staff in the enterprise. B Bad service and cars are not good. I choose enterprise because of brand, service and good offers.
