I was rent a car on Jan 10 until Mid of Feb. When I pick up the car I was surprised they gave me all season tire. all season tire actually is not suit for Calgary winter period. Some of days, the road is icey and thatcar can not run on the road, it's very dangerous. So, I have no idea why this rental shop will provide all season tires to customer, it is disregarding customer safety. i have sent email for request car exchange, but no any response. I really do not recommend anyone rent car in here.
The service I received about 1-1/2 months ago from OT and Sai at this location (7820 MacLeod Trail SE) was amazing! Not only was my rental car clean (actually, it was spotless), it drove beautifully for my long trip. And OT graciously helped me with an extension when my situation suddenly called for a longer rental period. I would highly recommend this particular Enterprise location to Calgarians --- you will not regret the time or the money that you invest. Super easy online reservation system. Needed to return vehicle early and had no issues doing so. Staff was excellent.
