I recently had a rental experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that highlighted a few areas for improvement. Fraudulent Extremely shady. Tried to charge my insurance company for yellow paint underneath ($700). The rep literally walked outside and got on his hands and knees and that was the first thing he saw.... He didn't even look anywhere else. He didn't even make an effort to be unsuspicious. Almost certainly he missed it on a previous one and tried to ding me for it. I had an excellent experience with this car rental service from start to finish.
