Good customer service and multiple options available for car rental
Reserved a car over the phone and they cancelled it when I came to pick it up because they had too many rentals booked for the following day. Terrible customer service and wasted my time.
Very disappointing experience with new management I’ve been renting cars from this location for the past 3 years, and the previous team was always professional and customer-focused. Unfortunately, the new management is the complete opposite. They seem to have no regard for customer service and are overly strict when it comes to charges. I was charged for an entire extra day simply because I returned the car slightly late.
