I was stuck needing to upgrade my vehicle for bigger trunk space and after calling every location in Calgary with none available I called this location and Ashley was great and helped me out. They had inventory and were able to help me no problem. I didn’t realize it was apart of a Toyota dealership so walking in the atmosphere was great, I told Ashley this and it was very clear with her response that it’s a healthy work environment and that she enjoys her team
Even though the branch was very busy with lots of customers day we were there, Ethan and the whole team handled everything incredibly well. Even though they can’t see my reservation Ethan made sure he is looking all the options to find out. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure everyone was taken care of without making us feel rushed.
