Never answers the phone
OK experience, they won't drop you off at the airport despite it being less than 4km away which is frustrating. This is apparently due to their being an enterprise at the airport but if they're sold out/you still want to give them your business then you have to uber back and forth.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car takes reservations and then apparently doesn’t honor them. In my case, their failure to provide the vehicle I RESERVED caused me to miss the funeral of a loved one. Their response? “Sorry.” What exactly is the point of taking a reservation if you’re not going to hold a vehicle for the customer who booked it?
