Great customer service but everytime I rent, I have to wait 30+ minutes for a car after precheckin is already complete. Every other enterprise in Calgary is much quicker process.
All of the 4 times recently that I have used Enterprise for my rental have been excellent. The staff tare amazing and the pick up/drop off process is efficient. They always offer to drive me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and I never wait more than a couple of minutes.
My husband and I were in an accident and our vehicle wasn't driveable so our insurance set us up with a rental at Enterprise Rent-A-Car close to our home. We were very happy with the vehicle (we had it for 45 days) it was very clean and close to the same vehicle as mine so it was easy for me to drive. I was most impressed with the friendly and professional staff. Would definitely rent from Enterprise again if and when needed.
Excellent customer service
Great service from staff - prompt follow ups on my insurance rental. I can’t speak to the variety of rentals but they matched me with something equal to my personal vehicle and no complaints. Highly recommended.
