service was great. Unfortunately they have had a recent data breach, the only place had used a credit card and after the rental other unauthorized charges started to appear on card a couple months later.
This Enterprise agency in Conyers should be a model to all car rental businesses. From top to bottom, customer service to the car, they are professional and incredibly amiable. Every one of the agents is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Great experience from start to finish. Our SUV was the most responsibly priced of all the rental cars in the area. When we arrived, we were in and out in 10 minutes with a very clean, nice vehicle. The staff checked in with us the following day to make sure we were satisfied. We returned the car after hours on Sunday and were contacted first thing on Monday to make sure everything went well and we had no complaints. Will definitely use Enterprise again!
The whole group at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 0315 Conyers had GREAT customer service!!! They made the process as smooth as possible. When we picked up our car Christmas Eve, they had music playing and served us breakfast. They really set the pace for a great Christmas. We even got a thank you call before hitting the road. This office needs help or a complete turn-over of staff. THe office simply doesn't understand what customer service is all about. Simply saying sorry isn't enough. From the dirty cars, to long waits to pick up a car, to not being able to get picked up is enough for me to give this location a 1 star. I am a frequent traveler and am accustomed to great customer service from other enterprise locations, from Budget and Hertz so I dont give a negative review lightly. I have to say I had an awesome experience with this location. They helped me to extend it when I needed it to be and they worked with my insurance company effectively.
