The customer service girl was not the nicest at all. They were getting food together and holding conversation while we were trying to get our vehicle and then theybover charged us at the desk. If my wife wouldn't have caught it they would have gotten out on us. Then the way she presented the insurance was like I couldn't afford my deductible or something.
Everyone was super friendly! Car was clean.
