I've used Enterprise for 30+ years and have always had a positive ecperience. For that reason they are my go to rental car company.
EDIT: I called the Enterprise Customer Service number and they were great; they credited me the overcharge. Thank you! : I reserved a rental car when I booked my flight to D.C. and then when I picked up the car I was charged more than the reservation noted. Also, I decided to added to fuel to the rental since I knew I'd be charging around a lot. I'm speechless. My experience at Enterprise has been mediocre at best but this time was exceptional. I was treated with kindness, care, and understanding. The car I reserved was not available. Jasmine stepped up and was professional about the situation. I was offered a downgrade with a refund or an upgraded SUV. She really tried but I believe the car attendant was mistaken and I was given a Genesis gv70 instead of the upgraded offer I thought I was offered.
