Reservation, pickup, and drop-off were quick and painless, and the staff were friendly. However, I reserved and paid for a Full Size sedan. I received a Mazda3, which is a compact. The rate was not adjusted to reflect the smaller, cheaper vehicle, and my children had far less leg-room on our trip.

The Fort Wayne 9206 Lima Rd location Saturday morning front desk was extremely unprofessional and dismissive on the phone and when I arrived. I have rented from Enterprise for over 25 years. This was the first and last time at this location. Regrettingly I spent $1,000 with them on my rental. As much as I dislike AI, I would have much rather dealt with it.
Great experience with the Dupont Branch team! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a wonderful team—I truly appreciate their hospitality and willingness to help. Highly recommended!
