I was surprised by the deposit $300 Plus expected cost of vehicle at pick up time. I did not read agreement. My son had went to another that they charged for spouse. In understood spouse was free.
Great rental experience. We had the car for over two months since our car was in for repairs at Gerber auto body. We ended up seeing the country and the car performed flawless. She was rock solid at 120 on the Arizona straight away. Would definitely recommend Enterprise rental car for your next rental.

Absolutely terrible. Had a rental reserved for a month. Was contacted 3 days prior to my rental date and confirmed my rental was available and would be ready. Then was contacted 4 hours before I was supposed to pick it up and was told they didn't have it and that I needed to find 1 elsewhere. After talking to the employees at local stores, no one knew what to do and kept saying it was my job to find a vehicle.
