One star only because I can't give it a zero. Made a reservation for a minivan. Arrived to pick up and was told because we didn't answer their call they didn't have a minivan available. We didn't have any missed calls at all. When we tried to ask about other locations we were told they couldn't help us because they didn't work there and to call on our own.
