Edit: was patched through corporate customer service and they got us taken care of. Don't recall the gentleman's name but 5 stars for everything he did. I wanted to call and ask about modifying a reservation and the staff kept picking up and immediately hanging up. 3 times in a 20 minute period. Wildly unprofessional behavior.
Car had a service engine light on the vehicle, but when we brought it back, the manager was amazing and took care of the issue right away.
Great experience very professional and the process was simple and fast
Customer service is great. . Need more discounts but otherwise it was pretty good experience
