Average at best from the RDU location. Under staffed, poor car selection, car was extremely dirty on the outside. Only one gate for checkout. Return process fine accept for shuttle driver just looked at me and my wife as we loaded our own bags plus golf bag. I travel a great deal, use Enterprise often. Usually solid but not this time.
Thank you Miss Ashley, and your team for your coordination with Allstate insurance. This was a truly outstanding experience in customer service for me. Five stars is not enough thank you very much for helping me as my car was being repaired and also picking me up from sky collision down the street from your location.
Edit: was patched through corporate customer service and they got us taken care of. Don't recall the gentleman's name but 5 stars for everything he did. I wanted to call and ask about modifying a reservation and the staff kept picking up and immediately hanging up. 3 times in a 20 minute period. Wildly unprofessional behavior.
