I had a mixed experience with this Enterprise location; I primarily use Hertz, but in this case I needed a full-size pick-up truck, and Enterprise was the only place in town explicitly offering one on their website (others might have also been willing to accommodate). The staff were very cordial and professional, but when I called, the only person on the clock was the intern.
