I had an extremely disappointing and suspicious experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I originally booked an economy car, but was “upgraded” to a large SUV at no extra cost, which already felt unusual. I drove the vehicle straight for 9 hours overnight on the highway to the drop-off location at Abbotsford International Airport. At drop-off, there was no joint inspection. Enterprise has always been about as easy I I could ask for. First time at the Abbotsford location for me and the service was excellent as usual.
Easy pick up and drop off, staff was very nice and explained things perfectly.
