I rented a Nissan Armada from this location. On my return trip, just before Merritt, BC, a piece of the car’s cowl (the trim by the windshield that runs from the hood to the roof) flew off at highway speed, hitting both passenger-side door windows. Luckily, the part didn’t break the windows — my 11- and 6-year-old children were sitting right there. We checked in at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, and I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name at the front desk—but he was absolutely fantastic. Despite being the only one working, he handled everything quickly and efficiently, all with a calm and professional attitude. From greeting us to managing customers and paperwork solo, he really impressed us. Enterprise is lucky to have someone that reliable and hard-working!
