Excellent customer service at Abby airport. Easy rental and return!
Failed to report Hail damages on my rented vehicle when I picked it up because damages didn't exceed 2" and when I dropped off in Edmonton I was charged $5000 for hail damages that I did not do.
Both pickup at the airport and again dropping off was a very customer focused experience. The car was in good shape and drove very well. There was no other or special charges that seemed to be standard with other car rental places.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Car was new and clean
