Had an appointment at 8 am. My ride to drop me off woke up I’ll so I called and moved app back to 9 got there at 9 checked in after the people already there so probably around 9:15 at this point since there was only one person behind the counter. There were two other guys working there but they were running all over the place. At one point there were no workers in the building for at least 20 minutes.
