I did my booking through Expedia. I booked a 7 seater car as it was mentioned. When I received the booking confirmation, it doesn't show whether it's for a 7 seater or the normal 5 seater vehicle. So I immediately called Expedia who confirmed that I booked a 7 seater vehicle. And just to confirm again, I did call Enterprise customer service number who again confirmed that the booking was for a 7 seater. AVOID this agency at all cost !!!! I rented a truck, gave it back and they are trying to make me pay for a scratch on the roof that I obviously did not notice when picking the car up. Absolutely no one is able to help they just wont answer and just give my file to the Damage Recovery Unit without any aisstance
Rented from here and everything was fantastic! A discrepency on the bill. Mistakes happen, when I brought it to their attention, they worked quickly to correct it! Thanks again for a fantastic rental!
My advice do your own really good look over the car before you rent it and when you return it and take pictures .
