I had confirmed with Enterprise that their Regina airport location would be open for my 1:30 a.m. arrival on September 27, 2025. When my flight landed, the counter was completely closed, leaving me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night. This was both stressful and unsafe, as I had planned to continue my journey to Moose Jaw that night.
