DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! They will show inventory available and then call you DAYS LATER just a few hours before you are scheduled to pick up to let you know they DO NOT have the vehicle. Mark and his team actually told me this was a "Courtesy Call" to let me know they don't have the vehicle I reserved two days ago. Why was it on their inventory, if this was the case? Staff was completely unhelpful in rebooking at a nearby Enterprise location claiming "they were on a different system." This is a breach of contract. Terr... read more
Horrible experience with this location. They let me know just hours before pickup that they didn't have the vehicle available and were unhelpful in finding a vehicle at their other locations. They said I would have to call and rebook at a higher price myself. Terrible customer service.
I used Enterprise in the Surfside Beach, South Carolina location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get me a vehicle that was similar to the one I had been driving. Enterprise pick me up at my house and took me to the office to complete the paperwork. The drop off was super easy because I use Caliber Collision in PAWLEYS Island, SC & Enterprise picked up the car at that location when I picked up my car.
