I am impressed with South Fraser Way Enterprise. Great Customer Service.
Awful experience. Complete wrong class of car given - even though it had been confirmed the week and day before collection. No apology given. We were then massively over charged for the car we did end up being given. Did get a slight refund when we dropped the car off in Calgary, but still over charged for the vehicle class we ended up with. Told to follow up with customer services to get additional refund, but not heard back even though it’s been 4 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Aditi is an absolute gem to deal with! She took such good care of me and made my experience memorable. The manager and Kunal were also great to deal with. Thank you for being kind and providing the best service experience.
