Good business The staff were respectful and communicated well. The Hyundai Venue was a good ride. Clean washroom. No problems and everything worked well.
I cancelled my reservation 2 days prior. The next day I get a phone call about documents to bring when I pick up my rental. I had to go to the store to make sure my reservation was truly cancelled. The clerk said they received the cancellation but another employee hadn't updated their files. Incompetent.
Excellent customer service from all staff members; very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely prefer this location for my next rental. A great experience with a wonderful team.
