Excellent rental, excellent customer service.
I hate writing these type of reviews, but the experience I had was less than ideal. To start, I was told that I’d be picked up at southern team collision center at 8am after dropping off my car for repairs. Enterprise didn’t pick me up until 8:40. I understand they were short staffed, but I was not notified of this and left waiting with no communication. The person who picked me up was kind when he got there though.
