I hate writing these type of reviews, but the experience I had was less than ideal. To start, I was told that I’d be picked up at southern team collision center at 8am after dropping off my car for repairs. Enterprise didn’t pick me up until 8:40. I understand they were short staffed, but I was not notified of this and left waiting with no communication. The person who picked me up was kind when he got there though. The employees were friendly and professional, and the car looked great and ran perfectly.
Service was great. Staff picked me up and brought me home after returning the car. They helped me program the car so I could listen to my music. Car was comfortable and gas usage was economical. I couldn’t ask for better service and cost was affordable. Thank you staff at Enterprise.
