I had a terrible experience at the Enterprise Car Rental at Boston Harbor Garage. I’ve rented close to a hundred cars from Enterprise over the years, many of them with a debit card, and I have never had an issue, until this location. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t rent because I had an out-of-state license and was planning to use my debit card, even though I live in Rhode Island (a reciprocity state) and work in Boston.
