Bobby and the team at the Broadway, Saugus MA location are by far Top Tier when it comes to customer satisfaction. I rent cars about once a month for work and this team is always on top of everything. Very warm and welcoming, process is very easy and the experience is always a great one. Excellent customer service, convenient location. Great staff, great cars, great pricing. Would definitely recommend. Offers after hours drop off, you can call the location directly and get customer service and all of your needs addressed if there's any issues. Will be back, will rent again! Thank you.
Manager Mackenzie could not be more accommodating, professional and pleasant. She ensured I had a pickup and I was happy with my rental vehicle. She embodies the great customer service one would only hope to receive. Great experience all around! I highly recommend Enterprise, especially in the Saugus/ Wakefield areas where I rent from the most.
