They are not on site at the airport and provide no transportation / this would not be such a big deal except there isn’t many other modes of transportation so we had to get a small uber that took 45 minutes to come and cost $49 to get to the site since there are 5 of us and then we had to drop everyone off at the airport and then return the car - we text 9 taxi companies none could come get us at 8:30 from Enterprise we did a pre/book uber. So I would pick a different rental company. All the others are on site.
Nick, Marshall, and Vincent made our entire rental process a breeze. They were incredibly helpful via phone answering questions prior to booking, and they ensured an easy, stress-free pickup and drop-off. This was my first time renting a car, and the whole team made me feel much more at ease. They were all incredibly helpful, kind, and gave us a few laughs as well. Thanks so much!
