I picked up and dropped off my rental at the busiest times (Monday and Friday) after an impaired driver hit my vehicle on the weekend. Despite the busy times, they were organized, friendly, communicative and extremely efficiently. This is not an easy task when many of your customers are coming from frustrating scenarios. Thank you!
