I rented a car from enterprise because mine was getting repairs done. Unfortunately it hailed while the car was in my possession but the rental was under the carport and none of our other cars were damaged. So how is it that the rental was damaged but the other cars wasn't. Also the damage that they said happen while I had the car was so small that you couldn't see it by just looking at the car you would have to bend down, look sideways etc. but they said it happen while I had the car and it was under my carport...really. I use Enterprise for both Business and Personal travel. This location 80% of the time and they have always been courteous, helpful and friendly. I have checked around and travel a lot on business and they have the best rates. I just want to say Thank You Enterprise for the great service you provide.
I was very disappointed. The van smelled and was dirty. Last but not least my $200 jacket was stolen
I've always used Enterprise , but this last time I was very disappointed with the service. I booked a reservation a week in advance and even came in the day before to make sure everything was in order ... I was to be picked up at 0830 ... I called to check with them at 0810 .. NO DRIVERS .... Waited until 0900 for pick up ..... Got to Hazelwood location .... ( about 10 mins from my house ) ... had to wait 30 more mins ... for them to go pick up the vehicle I had order a week ago !!!!!!
I traveled to St. Louis, MO to visit my granddaughter and rented from the Hazelwood, MO location. They were wonderful in getting the car to me and then when I ran into problems, the local Enterprise in Mattoon, Il was just as helpful in meeting my needs. I have always had good luck with Enterprise and will continue to use them.
My mom has been trying to purchase a car through the enterprise on dunn rd and the customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!! would never refer anyone I know to them, will let all my friends and family know of our very bad experience
