Didn't expect to drive a giant pickup (Chevy Silverado) off the lot , but it's all they had....no problem. New car smell still , nice ! They picked me up and brought me back home after drop-off , Great! Unlimited miles was nice , but not needed this time . Marquise and Briana at the Commerce Drive, Bpt location were Great ! Would definitely use them again if needed .

Actually a complete waste of time. Spoke with Bianca on the phone who told me I was good to come in. Maybe next time let me know you need a payment form with my name on it so I don't waste half of the day walking back and forth. Also maybe don't give me the keys before the transaction is complete, and people wouldn't be accidentally leaving with the keys to your vehicles. Such an amateur experience all around.
Bianca was very helpful, a pleasure to work with!
