Bianca was honestly so helpful and knowledgeable. Progressive tried to give me so much pushback and tried to force me to take a front wheel drive a vehicle when my vehicle is all-wheel-drive. Bianca really made sure that I had a safe vehicle to do my far commute to work. People typically don’t care. She actually cares about what she’s doing and that’s very hard to find. Progressive really push back hard for no reason. Awesome customer service! Very nice people.

I recently rented a car for over one month and overall the service was smooth and the staff was professional and the communication emails and texts as well. When I picked up the car, it smelled clean and everything seemed fine. However, on the second day I started to notice a strong cigarette smell inside the vehicle.
