After early check-in 24 hours before picking up my rental, I only had to spend about 5 minutes in the office and another couple of minutes checking out the vehicle before taking off for my trip. Very efficient check in and drop off. I've been a fan of Enterprise for a while, but this was the best and easiest check-in / out I've experienced. Nicely done, staff! Staff was friendly and upbeat. We even shared a couple of laughs when one gal who was just showing up to work was told, "Hey, X! We gotta talk . . . " I made a joke ab... read more
