Marquis was a great help. He went out of his way to get my family of 5 in a safe vehicle to drive to Arkansas. The control arm on my rental went out and he helped me with securing an exchange that fits our needs thanks for making a rainy day shine.
The car was fine, but no one ever answers the phone and once you’ve returned the car you don’t get a single thank you email, an email telling you the status of your deposit, or anything. Between no one picking up the phone and no one seeming to care once you’ve left, I think id prefer to rent else where.
You can make reservations online, and then they'll have you waste time coming to the location just for you to get there and have them say sorry sir we don't have any vehicles even though you have made a reservation. What's the point of being able to make a reservation? Just a complete waste of time, and they do this regularly, so unprofessional.
