This review is pretty late, this happened a couple years ago. We had an amazing experience with Enterprise in Stratford. We originally reserved a van at another Enterprise facility but when we went to pick it up, it wasn't there. We proceeded to call different locations and no one had one, which put us in a terrible bind since we needed to leave for our trip the next day. The young men I dealt with at Stratford Enterprise were very professional and kind.
Staff was extremely helpful. Cars were very clean. This is a five star operation.
Returning the car was greeted by nice gentleman very courteous thank you!
