I ordered a car more than a week in advance and they were not able to get me the car I ordered. Now one of the store employees called me one day before my scheduled pick up and informed me that they would not have the car I ordered. One day notice was not enough time to find the car I wanted somewhere else, so I had to take the car from enterprise. Not what I ordered or even close. They would not let me rent a car simply because when I chose to pay with a debit card, they needed to see a pay stub and a utility bill with my name and current address on it. My job doesn't include my address on pay stubs and my residence includes all utilities in my rent. I showed them my internet bill, but they wouldn't accept it. It was beyond frustrating that they turned me away even though I had the $$ to pay for the car, and a valid driver's license with my current addres.
