Always excellent customer service at Enterprise.
Due to unfortunate events, I've had to visit this location a several times in the last few months. They have always been prompt at picking me up from the collision center to bring me back to their branch. The employees, for the most part, have been friendly and attentive, except once. It was a busy day, so I had been waiting for a while. When it was finally my turn, the guy helping me got the keys and everything to walk out to my car but decided to answer a call at the very last second. Excellent service from Enterprise and had me in/out the door in 10 mins or so! When returning car I was given the same service when I got the car! Will be coming here once I'm in the area again If you are getting a rental I would recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport AWD, it was a gas saver driving all around Arizona,Utah and California Thank me later! 😀
