Had a driver in an Enterprise delivery truck verbally assault me at a Shell station today. He was upset that I was using the gas station windshield wiper for some reason - he sounded drunk, and could smell alcohol on his breath. When he left the gas station he nearly hit a pedestrian and cut someone off on the road, clearly trying to flee the situation he created with me. Great service!
I called the day before I needed a rental while my car was going to be fixed. It was late notice and I was taken care of without issue. The staff were all very friendly and it was such a painless experience. Also appreciated the shuttle service on the day's I picked up and dropped off. I would recommend Enterprise again without hesitation. The gentleman at the front desk (I forget his name) was amazing and this was with a filled room of people waiting in line.
