Enterprise processed a charge on my credit card without my consent. When I contacted this branch, they refused to investigate the matter and directed me to the body shop. Meanwhile, the body shop, which covered the rental cost as it was a warranty claim, acknowledged the issue and issued a refund. Had a rental car reserved through Enterprise via my insurance company after getting into an accident. In the midst of this unpleasant situation, the people here at Enterprise were nothing but helpful.
