Great staff, very reliable vehicles. Picked me up and dropped me off.
My rental agreement was dated September 2025, and I provided my credit card solely for the damage deposit, which a staff member confirmed. However, in February 2026, Enterprise processed rental charges without my consent and didn’t provide an invoice. When I called the branch to inquire—since the charge was supposed to be covered by the body shop—they told me to deal with the body shop directly.
