I was told by the manager that they do not have a single car without a damaged windshield. I was also informed that none of their vehicles have winter tires available. Initially, I was given a car with a damaged windshield and all-season tires. After two days, they switched me to another vehicle — which also had a damaged windshield. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the safety concerns during winter conditions. I expected better vehicle condition and preparation.
The service was amazing! Everyone from the person who checked me in and out, to the person who did the walk around and got me set up. Customer service is a big one for me, especially if I intend to go back if I need their services again. They are also a five minute walk away from CSN Crowfoot Imaging, which is where my car was being fixed.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating
