Incompetent and unhelpful
Specific to the Enterprise Crowfoot folks: Thank you for the exceptional service and rental experience! You guys are great.
I hardly give negative reviews but this needs to be done as it’s an accumulation of a terrible experience multiple times. The staff lack empathy, are robotic and brash, especially Holly! Absolutely no sense of customer service. Closing early on a Saturday, not accounting for the full 24hrs a customer should have with the vehicle as per billing cycle, and charging them for a full day the following day is absolutely ridiculous and borderline fraudulent.
