Very disappointed from them, booked RV first then modify to another car right way, called them store did not pickup. Today went to pickup and car that was modified booking did not even was booked for us, such a irresponsible branch. Showed them this car we booked and showed them booking, denied it. Not happy with the service. Would not recomend to anyone, never pickup phone so how person suppose to talk? Such a waste of time

The car we rented was dirty inside and out. Not a huge deal for the outside but interior was dusty, Stinky and dirty and inside windows were very dirty. I washed the car and did interior cleaning myself before our trip. They gave it to us with 1/4 tank gas. They don’t have after hrs drop off box service; Just a heads up to make you sure your rental is clean minimum the inside and enough gas
