I had a fantastic experience at the King George Enterprise location. The staff here are exceptional — especially Tushar and Jugat. They consistently went above and beyond to help me and provided support every step of the way. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, with outstanding customer service skills. They are truly assets to the Enterprise team.

Pulled out a calculator to show me why it’s best for me to take a car vs a truck (which is equivalent to what I drive) so that they could keep within ICBC's daily rental limits. No info on how long it may take my vehicle to be repaired but they think its best for me to have the car for longer just in case, never even asked if I was willing to cover what ICBC would not.
