We booked online, and when I came in, they did not accept my debit card, which I forgot in my home country. Luckily, my son's father had his. They were very accommodating and friendly. They gave us good advice. The car is running smoothly, it was cleaned, and has gas. What more do you want? I will definitely be using them again, and I will definitely be extending my use of their vehicle. I highly recommend them and their cars. Great service providers!!
Very poor service
Its unbelievable how rude these guys are. The guy names Anand at this location hung up on me twice because i asked to speak to a manager or someone above him. He refused and said i can no longer rent from them. Ive tried calling back but he rejects the call or picks up and hangs up again. Wont be bringing my icbc claim here and recommend everyone to stay away. Just read the reviews to understand my case isnt the first one.
