I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise during my recent rental. The representative, Kanav, provided extremely poor customer service. He was rude in his tone, unhelpful when we asked questions, and made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead we were met with an unprofessional attitude.
