The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent a vehicle with this Enterprise. They offered to do an after hours pick up with me at 4:15 pm on a Saturday when my plane lands (enterprise suggested the late pick up and ensured someone would be there.) Enterprise even called the day before my flight to verify my time of arrival. I show up at 4:13 pm to a closed Enterprise. I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, largely due to the exceptional service from their employees. I received two calls informing me that the vehicle I had reserved would not be available, but they offered a suitable replacement. The young man at the counter was particularly helpful, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I definitely plan to use their services again—great job!
