Nice people
I rented a Volkswagen Jetta from Enterprise recently. The interior had an unpleasant smell, the cigarette lighter didn't work so I couldn't charge my cell phone, and the rear brakes made a loud grinding sound when applied. The Enterprise staff was great, but the car was awful. I informed the staff when I returned the car about the brakes, so I hope they get them fixed before they quit working and somebody gets hurt.
*newer update... no one from Enterprise has yet to reach out to discuss this incident ** update....still have not had any response from Enterprise after I've reached out regarding my concerns** The staff was very kind and professional upon my arrival, the overall experience left much to be desired.
